2026.02.06 infomation Announcement of Executive Appointments

The Company announces that it has reached a preliminary decision regarding the
following executive appointments:
Mr. Koichi Kimura, currently President and Representative Director, is to assume the
position of Chairman, and

Mr. Yoshikatsu Takeda, currently Director, Head of the Global Business Division, and
President of MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc., is to be appointed as the new President.

These appointments are expected to be formally approved at the Company’s Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late May 2026, followed by a resolution of
the Board of Directors. Upon approval, the appointments are expected to take effect on
June 1, 2026.
