How to Use: Cap Unit

*Do not put hot substances in this product.

  • Direct contact to hot beverages may cause burns.
  • Hot substances may increase the pressure, causing the cap unit to come off and cause spills.

①Take off the Cap Unit

Twist in the direction of the arrow until removed.

②Fill with Cold Beverage

Only fill the bottle to the line shown in the diagram. Filling above this line may cause leaks or overflowing.

*Add a small amount of cold water in advance, pre-cool for about 1 to 2 minutes, and then replace it with a drink to improve the cold insulation effect.

③Close the Cap Unit

Twist in the direction of the arrow. Close tightly.

④Drink Beverage

  1. Raise the lock to release the push button.
  2. Press the push button to open the cap.
  3. Slowly tilt the bottle to drink from the spout.

⑤Close

  1. Close the cap firmly while the bottle is upright.
  2. Lower the lock to lock the push button.

*Locking the push button will prevent the cap from opening by itself.
*Cap cannot be closed while the lock is lowered. Check to see whether the lock is raised when closing the cap.

How to Use: Cup

①Remove Cup and Stopper

Twist in the direction of the arrow until removed.

②Fill with Beverage

  1. Fill with beverage directly.
  2. Do not let hot kettles touch the product.
  3. Only fill the bottle to the line shown in the diagram. Filling above this line may cause overflow when closing the stopper.

*Add a small amount of cold (or hot) water in advance, pre-cool (or pre-heat) for about 1 to 2 minutes, and then replace it with a drink to improve the cold (heat) insulation effect.

③Close the Stopper

Twist in the direction of the arrow. Close tightly.

④Pour the Beverage

Press the OPEN stopper button and tilt to pour.

*If you close the stopper immediately after adding boiling water, the pressure inside the bottle will rise, making it difficult to press the stopper button and causing steam to blow out. To avoid this, open the stopper, allow air in, and close it again.

⑤Close

  1. When closing the stopper, always hold the bottle vertically for 2~3 seconds before pressing CLOSE.

*A small amount of liquid (residual water droplets) may remain around the spout or inside the stopper and may spill, especially when the product is held horizontally.
*Always close the stopper after pouring. (Leaving it open may decrease the insulation.)

  2. Screw the cup back in until you hear a click.

*Even if you forget to close the stopper, it will close when you attach the cup.

Warnings and Cautions

Please read the following to avoid burns, beverage distortion/discoloration, product failure and uncleanliness.

【Warnings】

  • Do not use for any other purpose than keeping beverages warm/cold.
  • When drinking directly from the bottle (using the cap unit), do not fill with hot beverages.
  • *Direct contact to hot beverages may cause burns.
*Hot substances may increase the pressure, causing the cap unit to come off and cause spills.

  • Do not put in any of the following things:
    • Dry ice, carbonated beverages, etc. (These may increase the pressure, causing the contents to blow out.)
    • Milk, dairy-based drinks, fruit juice, etc. (These beverages may spoil, emitting gas that may cause the stopper to break or explode.)
    • Sodium-rich liquids such as miso soup, soup, etc. (Though the inner bottle is made of stainless steel, these may still cause rusting.)
    • Fruit bits, tea leaves, etc. (These may cause clogging, leaking, etc.)
  • Do not put the shoulder strap around the neck, or use this product to play. This may cause suffocation and is extremely dangerous.
  • Only fill the bottle to the lines shown in the diagram. Filling above these lines may cause overflow.
  • Do not place near the stove or fires. This will cause deterioration and discoloration.
  • Do not wash directly or soak to wash. This may cause water to enter the interior of the product, causing rust and other impurities.
  • Do not drop, hit or subject this product to strong impact. This may cause dents or decrease its insulation capability.

【Cautions】

  • Do not use while driving.
  • Do not modify this product.
  • Do not wear the product bag over your head. This may cause suffocation.
  • Do not use the strap to fling the product around. Do not forcefully pull on the strap.

Warnings for Usage

  • Do not use chlorine bleach, thinner, benzine, metal scrubbing brush, polishing powder, cleanser, etc. to clean this product. This may cause scratching, rust or malfunction.
  • Instead of forcing in large pieces of ice that may cause scratches and leaks, please make them smaller first.
  • If carrying in a bag/backpack/etc. place it in vertically to avoid leaks.
  • If filling the product with a sports drink, wash immediately after use to prevent spoiling and rusting. If there is already internal damage to the product, do not fill it with sports drinks.
  • Close the stopper/cap unit tightly. Please make sure that seals are set correctly. Failing to do so may cause contents to leak.
  • Do not use automatic dishwashers/dish dryers to clean this product. This will cause deterioration, leakage, or damage.
  • Do not boil this product. This will cause deterioration and leakage.
  • If insulated for long periods of time, tea may change in color and flavor. This is a natural change that occurs over time and is not harmful.
    *Consume as soon as possible.
  • Do not keep contents inside for long periods of time. This may cause spoiling.
  • Please note that due to the structure of this product, water droplets (condensation) may form on the lid during high temperatures.
  • Do not attempt to forcibly remove the base when washing.
  • After using the cup and stopper, there may be some residual water droplets leaking out of the closed stopper when the bottle is held horizontally. If this occurs, hold the bottle upside down with the stopper closed and shake gently until the residual droplets fall.
  • Do not press the stopper button to open while the bottle is tilted. (If the contents are hot, steam may escape and cause burns.)
  • Hold the bottle vertically for 2~3 seconds after pouring before closing the stopper.
  • Shake or wipe off any drips that may remain in the cup.

Common Problems and Solutions

Please refer below if a problem occurs during use.

●If your beverage is leaking

  • Is the cap and lid securely shut?
  • Did you overfill?
  • Are the seals correctly set?
  • Is the cap unit or seal expended?
→If so, please purchase and replace this part.

●If the interior has discolored

  • Are there rust-like red spots?
→This occurs when iron found in water adheres to the bottle. Leave a solution of warm water with approximately 10% vinegar in the bottle for about 30 minutes and wash thoroughly.
  • Is there a rough texture?
→This occurs when calcium found in water adheres to the bottle. Leave a solution of warm water with approximately 10% citric acid in the bottle for about 3 hours and wash thoroughly.

●If the insulation does not work

  • Is your beverage warm (or cold) enough?
→Put your warm (or cold) beverage in the bottle. Insulation will be more effective if the bottle is preheated (or pre-cooled).
  • Is there not enough liquid?
→Add ice or more of your beverage to increase the insulation effect.

●If your hot beverage cools to quickly

  • Is the stopper closed tightly enough?

●If there is an unpleasant odor

  • Have the contents been left in the bottle for an extended period of time?
→Please thoroughly clean and dry after each use.
