We have identified that the above four sandal products, which have been sold by our company since January 2026, may contain defects resulting in the heel section peeling off. We deeply apologize for the considerable inconvenience caused to our customers.

Customers who purchased the affected products will receive a full refund of the purchase price. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly request that the products be sent to the address below by cash-on-delivery shipping. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will contact customers and provide a full refund of the purchase price.

We will further strengthen our quality control system to prevent any recurrence and remain fully committed to improving product quality.
